Phone repair

Samsung galaxy a55 not recognising sim. 

Sent to ingram had to pay 130 even though sky said i shouldn't have to pay as ive been with sky over 18years. 

Im worried there going to charge me more

I'm not sure the length of time you have been a customer counts for anything when it comes to a phone repair as there will be charges as you have found.

I agree with @caesarome there. I've been a Sky customer since 2001, and with Sky Mobile for 7+ years. I wouldn't expect phone repair to be free based on my continuous  service.
