A question for you all out there how long does it take to get your return package for the phone to be returned. My mum in her late 70s lives alone has terminal cancer has been waiting for 2 months for hers. I have spoken to sky advisors 5/6 times they assured me that mum would receive it within 3 days still not received. Also I am still waiting to speak to a manager on 3 occasions with taking to sky advisers I was supposed to be receiving a call back the next day still no response. So has anyone else been treated this badly?. Mum has had to buy a new phone as she couldn't do without a phone ..
