Phone payment

My payment for my old phone should have stopped in October but they haven't

Why should it have stopped, had you finished paying off the credit agreement or did you return it to Sky ?

 

Note, you will still be charged for the sim unless you cancelled it.

If you've finished paying off the credit agreement you should get an email from Sky telling you that. I received two such emails last month for 2 phones paid off. You then continue to pay for your sim deal unless cancelled.
