Phone order cancellation

Does anyone have any idea if it's actually possible to cancel an order or if I have to reject the delivery? I ordered a phone way over a month ago now and had no updates since. Spoken to 3 different people who have all told me 4 different things. First person said they have cancelled it and it'll take 24h to update on my account, next person said I have to reject the delivery and then (same person, same convo) said it'll take 72h to cancel, the NEXT person then said it'll take 3-5 business days. All of these times have passed and still nothing. No delivery, no cancellation, nothing. I'm convinced they don't have a clue at this point and are just making stuff up. This is more me just moaning on but has anyone ever cancelled their order successfully or know anything about whether it can be done or not? If that makes sense?

You should be able to cancel it so after you spoke to them first time around what shows here:

 

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

 

If it does still show then you can put in a complaint:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

 

And should it turn up you can reject the delivery.

it still says the order is in progress, coming soon.
