My phone has only worked on speaker phone for the past 2 years! I have tried my sim in another phone with same results. Someone else's sim in my phone though and the phone works correctly. Sky have sent me a new sim but I had the exact same problem. I'm thinking it's my actual phone number thats the problem, is that a thing? I've had this number for nearly 20 years and do not want to change it.
I've had my phone looked at professionally and many people have tried different settings for me,l plus, I've watched every single 'how to' video. I just want to be able to use my phone when it's not on speaker. Any ideas??
