Phone on back order

I've been waiting for my new phone for nearly 3 weeks now they said it was 2-3 week back order but haven't had any updates since order placed. Any one else had this problem?

It's quite a frequent issue unfortunately. As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
