Phone old

Hi I sent my old phone back well over 3 weeks ago and I am still paying for 2 contracts due to which I can't really afford 

when will the money being taking off so I only have one contact to pay!!

Hi @Kellie21  it takes 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed. You keep paying until that process is complete, any overpayment will be refunded.

@Kellie21 

It can take a few weeks for returned devices to be inspected so you might want to call Sky about this to see if they  help. If you new phone has a Sky sim in it then the number to call Sky on is just 150.
