Phone number

My phone number is being used by someone in Ipswich they have the SAME NUMBER please can you look into this as I'm getting their peoples nhs details and other appointments and debt collectors for someone who is not me

How long have you had your SIM?

 

p.s. you are not contacting Sky directly by posting here  (It's primarily a customer helps customer forum)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
