Phone number transfer

I am in the middle of a number transfer and I have turned off my phone and turned it back on and my number didn't change in settings.

i have tried to manually change it but it won't save via the settings

When did you give Sky the pac code from your previous network and have they told you that it has now transferred to your Sky sim ?

Yes I have I gave them the pac code on Friday and received an email saying the transfer is complete today.
