Phone not working

I have tried to move onto a newer Iphone (Iphone 12 Pro) from the Iphone 11.

The data moved fine but when it cane to moving my SIM card it briefly worked and could recieve a call. Then it started to act strange pinging a banner message from the phone app saying I had a new voicemail when I did not. Whenever I would call my voicemail it wouldn't ring or connect, so I tried to fix that issue with online support and ended up resetting ny network settings.

After doing that my phone's calls and messages stopped working. And i had lost any signal bars in the corner despite having data turned on, full data and the SIM in the phone. Restarting (shutting down) my phone as well as Airplane Mode has not fixed the issue. However all non-Sim card features work fine

I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team.

 

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a coloured speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
