Phone not working abroad

My phone isn't working abroad while I'm here  in spain

Although you don't have to if you have a spend cap set is it high enough to cover your stay ?

 

Is your phone set to abroad:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

 

Finally  have you gotvoy to search for all available networks to see if it will connect to any of them ?
