Phone missing from DPD package

Evening all, my phone was due to be delivered today by dpd, the box was tampered with and the phone was not inside but replaced with a random non value item. I have taken photos of the tampered box and contents. I didn't sign for the delivery or take it from the driver they dropped it on my door step took a photo and literally legged it! I'm looking for advice on how to go form here as sky don't seem too helpful in the chat!

You are going to need to phone Sky to report this to them to they in tun can start an investigation with DPD which will take a good number of weeks to be looked into.

Thanks for your reply, I did call and report the phone as stolen but they were unable to block the device due to it not showing up as delivered on their systems yet. I will try again tomorrow. Very frustrating to say the least.
