Phone does not appear to be connecting to my WiFi

I can't send or receive WhatsApp or Snapchat. When my daughter came her phone didn't work on our Wi-Fi. I have re booted our WiFi box and it still doesn't work. I've updated all my settings and still no difference. This has been going on about 3weeks now and it's really annoying.
