Phone delivery

Hi i was just wondering if another device could be sent out as the phone that is due is stuck with dpd and is not giving me a delivery date.

We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Sky won't send a second device out until the original is back with them.

...the only way they'll send another is to purchase another - not really recommended!

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
