Phone delivery
Hi was wondering when my phone will be delivered as I can't find anywhere to track the order I ordered it 3 days ago so thought that it would have arrived by now

After the credit checks have been completed (these take longer if the order was placed over a weekend) the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales. If you've ordered an iPhone 16 expected it to take longer.

Whenever i try to link the sky id to the mobile payment it says the account numb er doesn't match but this is the only card i use is it due to me choosing the payment date as the 26/10/24?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
