Phone delay

The worst customer service I have ever had without doubt. 2 phones not delivered and when put on hold for a manager after 20 mins cut off twice to keep the stats high.

As far as I know the managers in the call centres are primarily there to support their staff and not to be public facing. 

 

Even if you speak to one they'll be no better informed as to stock levels than the original agent.
