Phone damage selection

Can someone please tell me when you trade in your old phone for a new, what the option for 'phone damage' means what's causing customised or damaged? And what is just damaged? I'm unsure which one to select as my phone isn't it bad conduit. It'm marked but nothing major.

tbh it doesn't really matter - if it isn't significant then I wouldn't list it.

 

They will inspect the phone and offer accordingly, regardless of what is declared.  (The declaration is to assist in the initial estimate of the residual value)
