Phone contacts

My phone updated last week, and since then all my contacts come up as unknown. I've looked on Google and done what they suggested but it's still the same.

All I can find:

If all incoming call numbers are displayed as unknown

1. Clear the Dial or Phone app data by performing the following:

   Performing the following to delete the Dial or Phone app data will not delete your contacts or call logs.

   • Open Settings, search for and access Apps, >Manage apps, and go to  > Show system processes > Phone > Storage > Clear data.
