Phone change

Hi, 

 

I have changed my number with my new contract with sky. It says it has switched but still displaying my new number and not the old one I transferred.

Hi @Connor342  can you confirm you transferred a number from a different network to sky using a PAC ? You can't port a number from one sky sim to another.
