Phone calls not working

Is there an issue with incoming and out going phone calls ?? I have to turn my phone off and back on every time I want to make a call, incoming calls are told my number doesn’t exist anymore. It’s impossible to speak to anyone from Sky

This is a known issue that Sky are investigating as a number of other people are reporting the same issue.

They should be sending updates, it's been over a week now. It's impossible to contact anyone to help.
