So everytime I'm on a phone call it has to be put on speaker cause other wise I can't hear the other person but they can still hear me, I've tried everything I can think of to fix the problem just wondering if there's any solutions or if there's someone able to contact me about it as the sky mobile help section honestly isn't any help at all

Sounds like a possible hardware fault with the earpiece speaker. Turning on the speaker mode uses a different speaker.
What sort of phone and how old is it?
