Phone broken

My phone is broken, I'm abroad and I got a upgrade but I'm not able to call them I can't find a email. I need to know if what I have left to pay on old phone can go towards my new monthly payments I can't afford to pay what's left on the phone but I didn't intend on it breaking this holiday.

If you want to continue paying for the outstanding balance on the broken phone monthly then you simply order a new phone without a swap.  (You'll have to pay for 2 phones until the broken one is fully paid for)

If you 'swap' then any outstanding balance is payable in full on the next bill.  (A broken phone is unlikely to have any residual value)

Best to sort once you return from abroad.

...unless you have insurance to cover it?

Re: Phone broken

Oh okay problem is I ordered a new one I have to send the broken one back. I shall give sky a call when I'm home to see if they can spread over the current phone I have

No, you don't.   You can simply order a device without needing a swap.

If you've initiated a swap then you're probably best to call Sky to cancel the swap part.

As an aside, how broken is 'broken'?

Re: Phone broken

I have already done this but I should phone and ask to cancel the swap? So I'll be paying the broken phone instead of the big lump sum? So I have to pay x2 phones
