Phone bill

How can you pay bill when restricted wont let me log in to account to pay

You shouldn't have to manually pay your bill as you should have payment details in place on your account like a credit or debit card or a direct debit so Sky can take it automatically from you each month. Manually paying the bill will not stop Sky from taking it if you make a payment to close to your billing date as all you would be doing is not paying the bill but instead putting a credit onto your account which would then be used to pay the following months bill.

Hi @Tambo7  nake sure you are using the correct login details as you should still be able to login to pay the outstanding balance and set up a new continuous payment method after which your services should be reinstated. If you can't login you will have to find a way to call sky.
