Phone bill

Hello, I am a Sky account holder.
I have been using Sky SIM for the last 3 years and have bought 3 iPhones on installments.
I have been unable to pay my installments for the past few months. Last week I spoke to the Sky team about my phone bill and informed them that I would pay all the outstanding bills as soon as possible. Unfortunately, today I received a letter from the Sky team regarding the payment of outstanding bills, stating that you have referred me to a third party agent to contact me.

now let me know what's your policy to pay

This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here.

 

Sounds like your continuing debt has been passed to a debt recovery company.

 

If your payment is 2+ weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well and if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).


If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (mobile or Sky Glass) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment.

You are only talking to other customers here as this is a community where we help each other.

 

From what you have posted you appeared to have been misinformed if Sky have told you this would be fine as that isn't correct as Sky will and do pass outstanding debts to a debt collection company which I presume is what has happened here.
