Phone bill

Hi my phone as been cut off,, I've always paid my bill on time for the years I've been with sky. I noticed the other day my phone was cut off when I was trying to call out. I've check my account with bank and said got taken out then put back in

Hi @Dantourle86  if you login to your sky account if it's showing the bill is overdue then you should 

 be able to pay it and set up a new direct debit then your services will be reinstated.

One reason this can happen is if there wasn't enough funds to cover the bill, if this was taken by a direct debit and failed for whatever reason Sky would usually try again 10 days later and only after the second attempt failed would your mobile be restricted so is this what has happened ?
