Phone bill

Hello I have just swapped my phone to the 17 pro max when I had a 15 pro max, however  chose to take back the swap as it wasn't for me, however on my bill that had gone out today it has taken the bill of both phones? Even though the 17 pro max was sent back and I'm back using my 15. I would like this sorting asap and I'm now left with no money as this is went planned to happen

Hi @Frasier  billing continues for the new device until it's returned and processed by sky. Currently taking at least 3 weeks. If you returned it more than this then call sky on 150 for help. Any overpayment will be credited once the device has been processed by sky.
