Hi my ohone bill was ment to be payed to day but you not taken it

Hi @Scottx  sometimes sky do take the money a day or two late. Don't nt be tempted to make a manual payment as sky will also take the payment by your normal method to. Is it showing as paid in your account ?

Hi @Scottx  for information this isn't sky CS here, it's customer helping customer with no access to any bills or account information.
