Phone bill

Saying i owe £133 pound even though i have a screen shot of my statement were £68.58 was made to sky on the 12/10/25

it was a due monthly payment for this month so i payed it on the 13th an now apparently i've missed 2 payment and Owe £133 ?

When is your normal payment date?

How do you normally pay the bill, direct debit or continuous card payment?

The payment date is obviously the 13th of every month. 

i use direct debit but it didn't take it so i made the payment myself of what was due

When a direct debit fails for whatever reason you do not need to make a manual payment yourself as you did as Sky will always try again to take it via the DD 10 days later, the payment you made will appear on your account as a credit which can either be left to pay the next bill or you can contact Sky to get it refunded.

How do i contact them to leave it for my next bill will they not take it next time im due payment ?

If you want to leave it so it pays the next bill then you do not need to do anything. The only reason you would need to contact them is if you want the credit refunded.
