Phone bill

Anyone know why I've been charged full price for my monthly bill twice in two weeks? It says I'm £58 in credit but still took money out my bank account

Have you made an unnecessary manual payment when you have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up?

Re: Phone bill

Yes, it said bill was due 8 days after I activated the sim so I thought I'd pay it and then they took another payment today!

Are you a new customer to Sky Mobile because if you then you are charged twice within the first month then monthly after that so you do not need to make manual payments as Sky will take it automatically from you from the payment details you provided when you placed the order.

Re: Phone bill

@caesarome Yeah I'm new to sky i just saw it was due so thought I had to pay it! In regards to being in credit do you know why they wouldn't of taken that instead of taking more money out my bank account.. I've tried to like the replies but it won't allow me to!

They will not use the credit if you paid the bill to close to your billing date as Sky requests the payment in advance so it is held in reserve and then paid on the billing date. Now you see a credit they should use it for your next bill(s) if you leave it on your account or you can call Sky to ask them to refund it to you.
