Phone bill

I paid this months phone bill on the day it was meant to be taken out and they are still trying to take my bill even though I paid it and sending me emails saying I haven't paid it and I have 10 days to pay it

As you have a payment method set up there is no need to make a manual payment as you did so Sky will take it from you and when they have you should see a credit for this payment you have made that can be refunded to you but you will have to phone them about this.

If you paid on the day is was due then Sky had already initiated an automatic collection.

 

The manual payment you've made is credit against next month's bill.

 

Do you pay by Direct Debit or card payment?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
