Phone bill
Hi, my bill from last month has confused me. Am I in credit? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Kayleighalana this is mainly a customer helps customer forum so no one here has access to your billing information. If you want some help from here post screen shots but make sure all account information etc is redacted. You can also call sky on 150 for help.

What does that bill say at the end of it, as usually a paid bill will show a £0.00 total so does it say something about balance or credit being carried forward ?
