@Kelly-lou  You're going to need to provide more details, how is your phone account hacked, how do you know your number is blocked?

I cant dail out on it or phone sky its saying no network coverage

@Kelly-lou  That does not mean that your accout has bee hacked or that your number is blocked, it's more likely to be a fault either with  the sim or local mast.
