Phone Return

I would like to return my Samsung S26 5G because I like to get a new contract for a Samsung S26 Ultra.

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

How long have you had the phone that you want to return because if it is more than 30 days then it can only be returned as part of a swap or upgrade which could see you having to pay something against it to pay it off in one go on a future bill.
