Recently got an iPhone 16 Pro, changed form an iPhone 14 Pro.
All config seems to come across apart from the Personal Hotspot setting. This worked fine on the old device.
Trying to enable via SETTINGS - MOBILE SERVICE - SET UP PERSONAL HOTSPOT but I get a message saying "To enable personal hotspot on this account, contact Sky".
There's little guidance on the knowledge base, can anyone out there help or is it a call to Sky?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @KevinBlazer you aren't the first to post about hotspot issues on here recently. It's strange as on my iPhone 14 Plus there is no issue. I think you will need to call sky on 150 for help.
