People can’t ring me

Hello,

 

I recently changed from O2 to SKY and I can ring out but nobody can ring me. I have turned my phone off to reboot it, done everything I'm supposed to do but what now? It's so annoying.

As you can rung out I would suggest ringing Sky to report this issue to them so it can be looked into it for you. 150 is the free number to call them on and when you do the bot might asks you about going online or receiving a text message so say No if asked either or both of these and then remain on the line.
