Payments

I have bee paying my bill now for well over 18 months by dd.  My bill has just doubled.   Why?

Check the dates the bill covers; is it longer than the normal month? Compare it to a previous one to see where it differs.

 

A bill increase usually involves roaming charges, buying extra data at £6 per GB, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.

What does your bill via the MySky app show, so compare your latest bill to a previous one as it might be a discount you had on your sim has ended as this would usually on last for 12 months.
