Payment

My phone bill was due out today, normally comes up on my online banking, but nothing. Is there a reason why it hasn't been taken?

Do NOT be tempted to make a manual payment. Let the payment be taken in due course.

Hi @Ellie183  you aren't talking to sky CS here so no one can answer that. If you check online does it say the bill has been paid ? Don't make a manual payment as sky will still probably take payment in the next few days.
