Payment

I got a new bank card, therefore my bill was overdue so I paid it, now they've taken the £70.80 again. I can't really afford both inside days of each other. Thanks Susan Cooke

Sky have taken my payment for mobiles when I paid it couple of days ago. Can I get a refund?
