We haven't taken anything as we're other customers here...

 

Did you make a manual payment?  Have you checked your bill?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you have made a manual augment do you now see a credit on your account because if you do then it is this that can be refunded and help with this can be arranged for you via here if you would like.
