Payment

I didnt have the funds to pay £23 on Saturday 12th Oct, when I realised this on the Sunday (13th) I went online and made the payment straight away, it's been almost a week since I made that payment which is confirmed on my banking but sky have still tried taking the payment every day this week including today

That is because you didn't need to make a manual payment because when a direct debit fails Sky will always try again to take it 10 days later which I presume is what is happening here. They will take this payment again as the payment you manually made should appear on your account as a credit so can either be left as it will be used to pay your next bill or it can be refunded to you.
