Sky mobile took payment twice told them 3 days ago said refund will appear in my account the credit reference has diappeared from my bill page but not gone into my account??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you spoke to Sky support 3 days ago then the refund can take 3-5 working days to be returned to you so could be Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
If this has happened due to you making a payment manually yourself then you don't need to do this if you have a payment method setup on your account.
