I have 2 payments for phone clalls to uk service providers and I do not know who these are for as I haven't made any kind of phone calls to these numbers

Hi @Kim1725  this isn't sky CS here so no one has access to your account information. It's unlikely any random numbers could be added to your bill. Have you googled the numbers to see if that gives any results ?
