Payment of outstanding balance applied to Sky broadband not mobile

Hi, 

my Sky mobile was restricted due to an outstanding balance. Using the app, I followed the instructions and made the outstanding payment. When I returned to the home screen it said the balance was still outstanding. After an hour of checking, I can now see my whole payment has been added as credit to my Sky broadband subscription. How can I get that credit moved to my Sky mobile account? 

Any help is appreciated.

Were you signed into the correct account when making this payment because it shouldn't have been added as a broadband credit if you were logged into your mobile account.

 

We can arrange some help for you via here if you would like regarding the refund but you are looking at around 5 days before the refund hits your account if the messaging team can issue it for you today.
