Payment of final statement

Good morning, I've just paid off both my contracts for iPhone 15 in full. I tried using my credit card and both failed for some reason on the app. I then used my debit card and worked. Since then, checking my online account it's showing that I have two outstanding payments from my credit card due out now too. Can the credit card payments be cancelled? As I've already paid both statements in full. I really can't afford two £400+ payments in one day. Thank you.

Hi @Arwel1  if the payments failed then they shouldn't go through anyway. The pending payments may remain like that then disappear after a couple of days and not actually leave your credit card account. This isn't sky CS here so if you are worried either call sky on 150 or contact your bank and make sure the payments are stopped.
