Payment being allocated
I paid £150 to reduce my bills but they haven't been reduced at all can this be looked into

Not here. You may be aware already but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
Did you just make the payment of £150 manually? If so, that will be sitting on your mobile account as credit and will be used towards future payments. To pay off some of your credit agreement you need to contact Sky to make the payment in the way you intended.
