Paying off a product

The website is shocking bin trying to for two days to pay off one of my products but the website is rubbish

Give Sky a call (dial 150 from your Sky mobile) and an agent can help with this. Trying to do it online is likely to put any payment you make onto your account as a credit to be used towards future payments.
