Paying my bill

I've been trying for well over a week to pay my bill manually on the app like i do every month but it's just not letting me it says review payment and then doesn't let me click it or when i can click it, it then doesn't do anything. How can i make a payment?

Hi @Charley22  looks like you will need to call sky on 150 if it's not letting you pay online. Have you tried on a different browser to pay online ?

You should already have a continuous card payment or direct debit set up. That would prevent this scenario I'm afraid.
