My ex partner will not return the phone i bought via sky which I pay monthly for. It is only for the handset and not a contract. Is there any way around this to get him to pay the remaining outstanding amount? Or would I be better going to the police to report it stolen. I shouldn't be left paying for a phone I don't have due to my ex partner not giving it to me. Any advice greatly appreciated.
