Paying for 2 sims but only have 1

Hi there I have been trying to get through to someone for a few months now as I am paying for 2 sim cards but I only have 1

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Hi @Jayde123  you will need to persevere on the phone as sims can only be cancelled by calling sky. Call on 150 and ask for cancellations when prompted.
