Password Request

I.just took delivery of my Samsung A56 yesterday and set up everything now I've suddenly been asked for a password when I haven't set one up.

 

It wants 4 characters and one has to be a letter 

 

I've contacted Samsung Support who said I have to do a factory reset but phoned locked me out. Please.help or advise

Thank you, still not working,  trying to do factory reset but won't allow that either

I think you will have to contact Samsung again and ask them how you can create the password it requires.
